Standard Floor Unit Design

Cabinets

Sides, shelves and floor of 16mm thick chipboard laminated on both faces in white melamine and are fitted with 3,2mm thick white masonite backs

Kickplates

16mm Thick chipboard laminated in Renolit laminate on front face.

Tops

32mm Thick chipboard with 1,0mm thick High Pressure Formica Laminate on exposed surface. Front leading edge to be post formed (90° Bullnose). 

Underside of top to be sealed with C.P.L. (Continuous Pressure Laminate) brown backer and Vaposeal. All cut edges and exposed chipboard  to be sealed with one coat acrylic sealer and then with silicone.

Doors

16mm Thick chipboard laminated in Renolit or Melamine with vertical edges post formed, or four sided Full wrap post form.

Hinges

Internal concealed Grass type and quality with minimum 100 000 cycle test guarantee.
This is a standard exploded view of a floor unit. Chipboard is used as the core material.
